Eligibility Criteria for MP Apex Bank Recruitment 2026

Essential Qualifications

For Computer Operator / Society Manager:
Candidates must have completed Graduation from a government-recognized university and should have working knowledge of Hindi and English typing, along with any one of the following qualifications:

• One-year Computer Diploma from a UGC-recognized university

• DOEACC diploma

• Modern Office Management course from a Government Polytechnic

• COPA certificate from Government ITI

OR

• BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc (IT/CS), B.Sc (IT/CS), M.Tech, M.E.

OR

• AICTE-approved Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Applications / IT

OR

• B.Sc / B.Com / any degree with Computer as one of the subjects

For Computer Operator (Sambida):
The eligibility criteria are the same as for Computer Operator.

All educational qualifications must be from institutions recognized by the Government of India, and the final result must be declared on or before 30 November 2025.

Experience Requirement

Computer Operator (Sambida):
Candidates who are currently working or have previously worked on a contractual basis in District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs), with prior approval of the Registrar, and having at least 5 years of work experience (including service in more than one district bank), are eligible.

• Computer Programmer (SMG-2):
  BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA or M.Sc (CS/IT) with minimum 2 years of programming experience in a registered institute, government organization, or autonomous body.

• Financial Analyst (SMG-2):
  First-class Graduate or Second-class Post Graduate / MBA / CA / ICWA with 2 years of relevant experience in an RBI-licensed organization.

• Internal Auditor (SMG-2):
  First-class Graduate or Second-class Post Graduate / MBA / CA / ICWA with 2 years of relevant experience in an RBI-licensed institution.

• Branch Manager (MMG-1):
  First-class Graduate or Second-class Post Graduate / MBA with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an RBI-licensed institution.

• Computer Programmer-2 (MMG-2):
  BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) / B.Sc (IT/CS) / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) with 2 years of programming experience.

• Accountant (MMG-2):
  First-class Graduate or Second-class Post Graduate / MBA from a recognized university.

Salary Structure

• Level-4 (7th Pay Commission): ₹19,500 – ₹62,000 per month
  (Applicable for most District Central Cooperative Banks)

• Level-7 (7th Pay Commission): ₹28,700 – ₹91,300 per month
  (Applicable only for Khargone DCCB)

• 6th Pay Commission: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + Grade Pay ₹1,900
